We guarantee top-priority service to all our customers. Only the freshest gourmet ingredients are used in our food gift baskets. Our promise to you is fast, courteous, and dependable service, with the highest-quality products at a great value. However, please note that product substitutions may occasionally be necessary (see below). Local Delivery:At Celebrations & Gifts, we pride ourselves on providing prompt delivery service. Within the Albany capital district of New York State, we deliver daily with a local delivery service. Next-day delivery is guaranteed, but most often we can deliver on the same day if the order is received by noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Shipping:We ship all orders placed from our Web site to locations within the continental United States. All orders to be sent to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international orders, must be placed by email or phone. Deliveries outside our local area or out of state will be sent by Ground, 2nd-Day, or Overnight Express. Shipping Rates:
Substitutions:Sometimes, product substitutions may be necessary within our gift arrangements. We guarantee that quality and value will never be compromised: any substitution will be of equal or greater value. In warmer months, items to be shipped across the country with chocolate contents will be substituted with products of equal or greater value. Should you need a gift basket shipped with chocolate, we will use ice packs and ship Overnight Express for an additional cost. Please contact our customer care desk for these special requests. We are constantly upgrading our inventory with new and exciting products. We reserve the right to substitute items if they are found to be a better value or add to the enhancement of the design.
