We are located in Colonie, NY, near Schenectady and within the Albany capital region in upstate New York. Our mailing address is:

2. What are your hours of business?
You can visit our gift basket store between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; Thursday evenings until 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. You can contact our telephone order line between 9:00 a.m. EST and 9:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. There are extended hours during holiday seasons. We are also available after normal business hours by appointment.

3. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Prices listed in the catalog do not include delivery costs or New York State sales tax.

4. What are the price ranges on your gifts and gift baskets?
Our price ranges typically range from $25.00 to $250.00 and above. Because we can customize any gift or gift basket, we are able to work within all price ranges.

5. Can you put wine or liquor in a gift basket?
We can place alcoholic beverages in the gifts baskets for you; but we cannot purchase these items for you. We work directly with a local liquor store, where you can phone in and pay for your purchase by credit card. The liquor store will then deliver it to us.

6. What will happen if items are out of stock for my order?
Occasionally substitutions may be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We guarantee that quality and value will never be compromised. Substitutions will be made with products of equal or greater value.

7. How does my gift arrive?
In most cases your gift will be shipped UPS ground. Also available are 2nd-Day Delivery and Overnight Express. Please call (866) 612-4438 toll-free for a price quote.

8. What if the wrong address is given?
We ask that you be very certain of your delivery address. If a delivery is made to an incorrect address, we will contact you for the correct information; and then a redelivery will be made at an additional cost.

9. When will my gift arrive?
All standard orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be hand-delivered or shipped the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be hand-delivered or shipped the following day.

10. Do you offer shipping insurance?
All gifts are insured against loss or damage during shipping at no extra charge to you.

11. How much does your local delivery service charge?
Within a 15-mile radius, a delivery cost of $7.00 will be added. For our extended local delivery service, a cost of $10.00 will be charged. Please call (866) 612-4438 for an exact quote.

12. What is your guarantee policy?
We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition — and our customers can attest to that (see their testimonials). However, if you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for a replacement or a full refund.

13. Can I send a personalized message along with my gift?
Absolutely! Remember to include your personalized message in the space provided on the order form. Each gift will arrive with your message on a gift card.
